He said many Ethereum pioneers have become "frustrated", putting the responsibility of network management on the next generation. Meanwhile, the Ethereum Foundation (EF) has recently undergone significant leadership changes. EF is also working to accelerate the development process while ensuring core values such as privacy rights, open source development, and anti-censorship remain a focus.
