Ripple has signed a new memorandum of understanding (MOU) with SBI Holdings and its subsidiary SBI VC Trade Co., Ltd., to issue Ripple USD (RLUSD) in the Japanese market. SBI VC Trade is a licensed electronic payment tool trading service provider by the Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan and will lead the issuance of RLUSD in Japan. (cryptonews)
