ETH Strategy: Raised 12,342 Ethereum, worth approximately 46.5 million US dollars
According to Techub News and The Block, ETH Strategy announced that this financing was completed through three independent channels targeting different investor groups. The private sale raised 6,900 Ether, while the public offering raised 1,242 Ether. Additionally, 4,200 Ether were raised through redeemable warrants.
All categories offer STRAT tokens at different interest rates, and investors must accept a four-month lock-up period, followed by a two-month linear release schedule starting from the token generation event.
The ETH Strategy plans to allocate 11,817 Ether to core protocol operations, including Ethereum staking and protocol liquidity support. The remaining 525 Ether will be specifically used for protocol development and growth activities, covering operational expenses, security audits, team salaries, and community projects.
