#LTC# Two modes of stock on-chain: open ecosystem and Compliance closed loop


Recently, stock on-chain has become a hot topic in the blockchain community, with the Backed-supported xStocks and Robinhood's solution being the most discussed. These two models present distinctly different characteristics: the xStocks model is more open and composable, allowing ordinary users to trade freely on-chain; whereas Robinhood, while strictly adhering to Compliance requirements, is only available to users in the EU and restricts transfers to non-compliant addresses.
