In the current crypto assets ecosystem, a new verification mechanism is attracting follow. This mechanism divides users into two categories: users verified through KEY and unverified users. For direct downlines that have been verified through KEY, all of their contributed Computing Power will be converted into freely tradable KEY Tokens. In contrast, the Computing Power contributed by unverified downline users can only be exchanged for non-tradable points, which can be destroyed but cannot be traded.
To better understand this mechanism, we can imagine a scenario: Suppose you successfully promoted 10 users to join the network. If 5 of those users passed the KEY verification, the computing power contributed by these 5 users will generate tradable KEY tokens. However, the computing power contributed by the remaining 5 unverified users can only generate non-tradable points.
This differentiated revenue distribution strategy not only encourages users to complete KEY verification but also provides momentum for the healthy development of the entire ecosystem. It ensures that verified users can receive substantial rewards while retaining the engagement of unverified users through a points mechanism. This balance may drive more users to actively seek verification, thereby enhancing the overall security and credibility of the network.
However, this mechanism may also raise some issues. For example, how can we ensure the fairness and transparency of the verification process? Is there a possibility for unverified users' points to be upgraded to Tokens in the future? The answers to these questions will directly affect users' willingness to participate and the long-term development of the entire system.
