According to The Wall Street Journal, the shell company Dynamix is preparing to merge with another entity to form a new company "The Ether Machine," which plans to hold over $1.5 billion in Ethereum. The project is chaired by former ConsenSys executive Andrew Keys. Sources say the deal is still in progress and has not yet been finalized.
