By looking at the Trading Volume, you can tell that there hasn't been any bulk buying; it's just that currently everyone is reluctant to sell, with few sales, as everyone knows that miners need to stake.

Absolutely a native public chain coin, I just don't believe it is at this price, and it is the leader in the privacy track, with 27,600 wallets staking that have already been uninstalled, just treat it as if it doesn't exist. If it has the ability to drop to zero, then either reach the price you have in mind and exit, or drop to zero.
