The Sui Foundation announced the award list for the Sui Overflow 2025 Hackathon.
CoinVoice has learned that the Sui Foundation announced the winners of the Sui Overflow 2025 Hackathon, covering fields such as Decentralized Finance, entertainment culture, and payment Wallets. A total of 599 project submissions were received, and 36 winning projects were selected from nine tracks, along with 10 awarded projects from university groups.
Magma Finance in the DeFi sector won the championship by optimizing yield strategies with AI; in the entertainment and culture sector, GiveRep took the first place by using blockchain and AI to incentivize positive contributions; in the payment Wallet sector, PIVY triumphed with its privacy payment tools. In addition, SuiSQL topped the infrastructure and tools sector.
This hackathon also included a special university award, with student teams such as SuiFL and Sui Battle AR showcasing innovative applications of blockchain in the fields of education and gaming. The community voting session received a total of 195,000 votes, and ultimately 28 voters won community awards for accurately predicting the winning projects in their categories.
