Bernstein Says Institutions Will Pour 330 Billion Dollar into Bitcoin by This Date! - Koin Bulletin
According to Bernstein's report, public companies plan to invest around 330 billion dollars into Bitcoin (BTC) reserves over the next 5 years
In recent years, corporate companies' Bitcoin purchases have rapidly increased. From the end of 2023, investments in Bitcoin reserves rose by 160%. A significant portion of this increase is based on the aggressive buying strategies of Strategy company led by Michael Saylor. Since 2020, Strategy has spent approximately 38 billion dollars to acquire 555,450 BTC. This amount corresponds to 2.6% of the total Bitcoin supply. The company announced that it will raise its target to 84 billion dollars to further accelerate Bitcoin purchases.
As institutional investors' interest in Bitcoin rapidly increases, Bernstein expects other firms to join this trend with cash reserves exceeding 100 million dollars. By the year 2026, it is projected that these types of firms will invest a total of 190 billion dollars. However, the further strengthening of Bitcoin's value could encourage large companies to increase their investments in this area.
Bernstein states that the U.S. government's acceptance of Bitcoin as a strategic reserve could lead other countries to take similar steps. As the U.S. begins to view Bitcoin as a major financial asset, other governments and institutions may also follow suit with institutional Bitcoin purchases.
