The Baltic Dry Index fell for the seventh consecutive trading day on Monday, as Cape shipping costs declined. The Baltic Dry Index fell 11 points, or 0.6%, to 1797 points, the lowest level since May 29. The Cape shipping cost index fell 32 points, or 1.2%, to 2582 points, the lowest level in over two months. Cape ship daily profits fell by $265 to $21411. The Panamax shipping cost index held steady at 1792 points. Panamax ship daily profits pump7 dollars to 16132 dollars. The Supramax bulk carrier freight index fell 3 points, or 0.2%, to 1383 points.
