5月25日、The ETF Storeの社長であるNate Geraci氏は、Xの記事で「1年前、米国証券取引委員会は『予想外に』スポットイーサリアムETFを承認しました。私は当初の見解を主張しました。SEC訴訟でグレースケールが勝ったため、規制当局は将来いつか全容を理解することを期待するしかないのです」と述べました。 それ以来、規制環境は大きく変化しましたが、これまでのところ、他のスポット暗号ETFに対する正式な承認はありません。」
