Noticias Odaily 伯克希尔哈撒韦（BRK.A.N、BRK.B.N）local time on June 27 announced that Buffett converted 8,239 shares of Class A into 12,358,500 shares of Class B on that day, in order to donate 12,358,321 shares of Berkshire Hathaway Class B stock to five foundations: among them, 9,433,839 shares were donated to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; 943,384 shares were donated to the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation; and 660,366 shares were donated to the Sherwood Foundation, Howard G. Buffett Foundation, and Novo Foundation, respectively. The donations will be credited on June 30. Buffett currently holds 198,117 shares of Class A and 1,144 shares of Class B in Berkshire.
