Chainlink is leading the DeFi development rankings on GitHub.
According to a report from Santiment, Chainlink (LINK) has regained the number 1 position in the DeFi development activity ranking on GitHub with a score of 492.87 over the past 30 days. DeepBook Protocol (DEEP) and DeFiChain (DFI) follow with scores of 264.83 and 221.77, respectively.
Notably, DFI – despite a market capitalization of only 5.4 million USD – still made it into the top 3, demonstrating significant efforts in developing open-source. Familiar projects such as SNX, LDO, and INJ are also present, reflecting the strong technical appeal of the DeFi sector. Santiment reported that they filtered out fake update activities to ensure transparency.
